This page explains how to delete the data Auvaco holds about you or your workspace, what happens behind the scenes when you do, and how long the process takes. It complements your rights under the Privacy Policy, in particular the right to erasure under Article 17 GDPR.

TL;DR. You can delete a single connection (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn) from inside Auvaco in one click — this immediately revokes our tokens for that platform. You can delete your entire workspace and account by emailing contact@auvaco.ai. We confirm deletion within 7 days; data is fully purged within 30 days (rolling backups expire within a further 30 days).

Three ways to delete

1. Disconnect a single provider

Inside Auvaco, open the workspace settings and choose Disconnect on any connected platform (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Zoho CRM). This action:

You may also revoke our access directly with the upstream provider: Google (myaccount.google.com/permissions), Meta (Facebook Business Tools settings), LinkedIn (linkedin.com/psettings/permitted-services), Zoho (accounts.zoho.com → connected apps). Doing so causes our next sync to fail, and we will mark the connection needs_reauth until you reconnect or disconnect from inside Auvaco.

2. Delete an entire workspace

If you only want to remove one workspace (e.g. one client of an agency account), you can delete the workspace from its settings. This deletes the workspace, all its connected accounts, OAuth tokens, synced data, agents, content drafts, chat history, and audit events.

3. Delete your account entirely

To delete your Auvaco user account and every workspace you own, email contact@auvaco.ai from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete my account". We will verify the request via that email address and confirm deletion within 7 days.

EU/EEA data subjects may also send a deletion request to our EU representative under Article 27 GDPR: TIM Company GmbH, info@timcompany.de.

What takes a little longer

Provider-side deletion

Deleting your Auvaco account does not delete data on the platforms you connected (Google Ads campaigns remain in Google Ads; Meta ads remain in Meta; CRM records remain in Zoho). To remove data from those platforms, you must do so on the platforms directly. Our deletion only removes the copy that Auvaco synced into its own database.

The single exception is content Auvaco published on your behalf (e.g. a LinkedIn post Auvaco published, or a Meta ad Auvaco created while the Marketing API Access Tier is enabled). Those artefacts were created by your authorisation and remain live on the platform unless you remove them there. The records we hold tying those artefacts to your workspace are deleted.

Once deletion is complete, we send a confirmation to the email address on file. The confirmation includes:

Meta data deletion (specific compliance note)

This page satisfies Meta's "Data Deletion URL" requirement for apps that connect to the Meta Platforms (Facebook / Instagram / Meta Ads). To request deletion of data Auvaco received from Meta on your behalf, email contact@auvaco.ai with the subject line "Meta data deletion". We process the deletion in the same way as a standard account-deletion request, scoped specifically to your Meta-connected data: OAuth tokens are deleted immediately, synced Meta data is purged within 30 days, and a confirmation email is sent on completion.
